A row of men sitting together on a mountain trail

The Authentic Man

Most men are performing a version of themselves.

This is where that stops. Free monthly group sessions and 1:1 coaching for men ready to stop managing how they're perceived — and start finding out who they actually are underneath it.

What it is

A space for men to do the work most of us never got taught: naming what's actually true, being direct instead of performing, and building the kind of connection that doesn't depend on always having it together.

The monthly group sessions are free while this is finding its shape. In exchange, I want honest participation and honest feedback. 1:1 work starts with a free orientation call, then runs on a sliding scale — so cost isn't what decides whether you do this.

Two ways in

Group sessions — free

Monthly to start. A small group of men doing this together — because some things only shift in company.

1:1 sessions — sliding scale

Free orientation call, then a few sessions of direct, one-on-one work — priced on a sliding scale based on income.

What you'll move through

01

Drop the performance

Most of what passes for connection is two people managing each other's impressions. We start by naming that, out loud.

02

Say the true thing

Not oversharing. Just precision — what's actually happening in you, said plainly, without a punchline attached to soften it.

03

Be seen, not just heard

Talking isn't the same as being known. We practice the difference until it stops feeling like a performance too.

04

Move toward the hard thing

Courage isn't the absence of fear. It's doing the next honest thing anyway — in the room, not just in your head.

05

Find your men

Isolation is the default setting for most men. This is about having people who actually know you, not just know of you.

You weren't built to carry it alone

Most men have people around them and still feel like no one actually knows what's going on underneath. That's not a personal failing — it's what happens when you've never had a room built for this. The monthly call is that room.

You're not the only one

Whatever you think is uniquely wrong with you, another man on that call has carried something close to it. Hearing that out loud changes what it feels like to carry.

Being witnessed changes things

Thinking something true and saying it to men who actually hear you are two different experiences. One of them moves something. The other just stays in your head.

Brothers, not an audience

No one's there to fix you or perform for you. You show up, you're met as you are, and next month you do it again — that's how the room becomes real.

You don't need anything figured out to join. You just need to show up once.

Less performance. More truth.

The goal isn't to hand you a new identity to perform instead. It's to create conditions — honest, direct, held conditions — where you stop needing one.
