Can I use this if I have never organized a retreat?
Yes. That’s who it’s mostly for. The roadmap adapts to your experience and explains unfamiliar terms in plain words if this would be your first.
Do I need to have a venue or a budget already?
No. The roadmap asks where you are and doesn’t assume a venue, a budget, a group size or a location. If you don’t know your costs yet, it starts there.
Does the tool use AI?
No. Your roadmap is built from fixed, transparent rules that match your answers to curated recommendations, and every recommendation shows which answer it came from. If you describe your idea in your own words, that text is shown back to you but not analysed. Your answers stay in your browser and aren’t sent anywhere.
Will this guarantee my retreat is profitable?
No. The roadmap and workbook are educational guidance, not a guarantee of demand or profit. Costs, prices, demand and legal requirements differ for every retreat and every country, so check them for yours, with a qualified adviser where it matters.
What if I want personal support?
Personal retreat-planning support is something I’m still shaping, and the details aren’t confirmed yet. If you’d like it, or want help with the website and booking side, tell me what you need through the contact form on my work page.
Do I need to buy anything?
No. The roadmap and the workbook are free. A paid Retreat Playbook is planned, but there’s nothing to buy today.
